Hi everyone! Four years later, and I’m still going strong in my wrestling journey. I’m now 18 years old and going into my sixth year of wrestling. I just finished my high school career as a four-time state finalist, and I’m so proud to say I ended my senior year by finally bringing home my state title. After losing in the state finals the past three years, this one meant everything to me. It wasn’t just about winning—it was about getting over that mental block I had for so long. Finally breaking through and winning showed me that I can do hard things, no matter how long it takes.

I truly couldn’t have done it without my coaches, my family, my training partners, and God. I trusted that He had a bigger plan for me, even when things weren’t going my way, and everything happened exactly how it was supposed to. On top of that, I got to win a state title alongside my little brother, which made it even more special. That’s something I’ll never forget. I couldn’t have asked for a better way to end my high school career.

Now, I’m super excited to continue my wrestling career at North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. Wrestling has given me so much, and now I get to keep doing what I love at the next level. I’m really excited for what’s next and ready to keep growing, learning, and pushing myself even more
