We are Napoleon and Alex Aniciete – born and raised proud Las Vegas natives. Our parents are Joey and Loida Aniciete. Napoleon being the oldest, followed by Alex, Angelica, and Anthony. I (Napoleon) have been married to Nichole for seven years. We have two sons – NJ and Emmett. Alex is coming up on his third year anniversary to Michelle, and they are the parents of their daughter, Neveah, and their son, Joey. |

While attending Las Vegas High School we earned a combined Six State Championships and 4 All-American Statuses. I earned a Division 1 Scholarship to Utah Valley University, becoming the first person in our family to attend college. Alex was right behind me and attended Lassen University. We started our coaching careers in high school, where we were the head coaches of our local youth program. We loved it so much that in college during the summers we came back to assist Team NV. |
After college, we assisted at Las Vegas High School in coaching Antonio Jauregui to his first State Championship in 2014. In 2018 Alex and I began Aniciete Training Club (ATC) in our garage and developed multiple State Champions and All-Americans. Long-time friends and fellow wrestlers Valyen Rauser and Anthony Jauregui quickly became involved, and a strong and dedicated coaching staff was established. In 2020 we bet on our program and opened our own facility. |
Since establishing ATC, our successes include coaching Twenty Nevada State Champions, Nineteen All-Americans, Four National Champions, and more than Ten athletes attending college with Wrestling or Academic Scholarships. Our coaching philosophy is centered around building leaders. Being a leader means having discipline, integrity, respect, communication skills, and consistency. In building our athletes into leaders they can apply these skills to all areas of their lives, making them not only better wrestlers but also better students, and better people. |
We believe it is important to know and take an interest in each student, not just as a wrestler, but as a person. We are all a team both on and off the mats, and we hold each other accountable to be the best we can be. We are thankful to all the coaches and great influences we’ve had over the years, and we hope we can impact the next generation of wrestlers in the same way. |
