My name is Lilly Rollans, I am eight years old and full of personality. I love anything girly–playing on the beach and being creative. My mommy, daddy and brothers are my best friends, and I love making memories with them.

My dad is a wrestling coach, my grandpa is a wrestling coach, my uncle is a D1 wrestler, and I am the only girl with three brothers. What to do? Toe the line and make some people cry!

Some sports I have done are gymnastics, cheerleading and flag football, but what sport has consumed most of my time and is my favorite? WRESTLING! I was brought into a wrestling room when I was less than a month old and have not looked back. I did not start officially competing until I was six years old, but I have been wrestling my brothers at home for as long as I can remember. I wrestle for Gold Rush Wrestling Academy and my coaches are Chase Pami, Ed Sorgani, Max Rohskoph, and my Dad (my favorite coach), Jake Rollans.

My favorite thing about wrestling is getting to spend time with my family and travel. These past four months in wrestling have been amazing! I placed 3rd at Tulsa Nationals, I was a Triple Crown Nevada State Champion, I took 2nd place at Reno Worlds, I was a National Champion at USA Girls Nationals, and I competed in my first International Competition. I got to travel to the Netherlands with my dad and older brother Ryker, to compete in the Utrecht Easter Invitational. I wrestled girls from many different countries, and I finished 5-0 and took First Place.

Wrestling has brought so many opportunities and memories thus far. I can’t wait to see what my future holds in the toughest sport in the world.
