| Isaiah, 13, is a Nevada Born Native who didn’t start his wrestling journey until November of 2022. He is one of the biggest hearted, hardest working kids in our family. He is an amazing big brother who encourages his little brother to join wrestling for the Predators Wrestling Club. He has always had the utmost respect for his elders whether they be family members, teachers, coaches or strangers. He grew up with a shy personality and not much confidence in himself. He was a video gamer who gamed 24/7 with no interest of anything else. Wrestling changed everything. |

| Isaiah has always “played” wrestled, whether it was with his older cousins or cousins his age. He gave wrestling an official try with the Predators Wrestling Club with help from his uncles Luis and Andres Barragan, Head Coaches of the club. Some days were harder to get him there than others, but he knew self-discipline needed to be worked on. So he showed up every day and even put in extra work. He wrestles year round and focuses on the seasons style whether that may be folkstyle, freestyle or Greco. Of course, freestyle is his favorite due to the unique techniques utilized in freestyle. |

| The self-discipline Isaiah has created is impressive. Whether it’s running to practice to get extra work in before his 3-4 hour practice or cutting weight. He walks around with so much confidence. Steering away from his shy persona, initiating conversations now and making new friends. He now would rather hang out with his teammates rather than at home on his PlayStation. |

| Being part of this wrestling community is beyond amazing. Isaiah received All-American honors on Oct 2023 at the Las Vegas Freakshow prior to his first full year of investing in the sport of wrestling. Thanks to Predators Wrestling Club and their amazing coaches he recently placed 2nd in the 2024 Reno Worlds thus earning himself his second All-American honors. He has also placed 2nd at the Nevada USA Wrestling Folkstyle State in the 2023-2024 season, 1st at Freestyle and Folkstyle State in the 2022-2023 season, 2nd at the Rumble in Reno in 2024 and placed 2nd at Western States in 2023. |

| Isaiah has truly grown a love for the sport and continues to work hard to achieve the goals he sets whether on the mat, in the classroom or in his personal life. Wrestling has turned him into a hard working, motivated and disciplined individual and for that he owes it all to wrestling and the coaches at Predators Wrestling Club. Isaiah looks forward to the new challenges presented to him now with confidence that he can overcome any obstacle thrown his way. Wrestling is truly a way of life. |
