Gabriel was born in West Covina, California. At a very young age, Gabriel was very interested in contact sports. He enjoyed watching MMA with his dad and loved to throw on the gloves to hit the bag. His family made the move to Las Vegas in 2010. At the age of 5, Gabriel attended his first wrestling practice at a local gym. He showed interest in wanting to learn more about the sport. That’s when his parents found Coach Jake Rollans at Team GV Wrestling Club.

It was there Gabriel really found a passion for the sport. He spent most of his wrestling career being coached by Coach Jake and Coach Jesse Farrer. He started off wrestling in local tournaments, and was able to Triple Crown in 2014 at the USA Nevada State Championships. Through the years, he has been invited multiple times to compete with other teams all across the country. He enjoys wrestling at these tough tournaments, with the goal always being to find the toughest competition out there.

In the past year, Gabriel has found a new home with Gold Rush Wrestling Academy, alongside his newest Coach/Mentor Chase Pami and Coach Max Rohskopf. He is now eager to take his training to the next level.

Gabriel just became a Fargo All-American at the USMC National Championships, taking 4th in Greco 16U division. His goal for the coming years is to not only reach All-American status each year, but to take 1st. After High School, he hopes to continue his wrestling career in college at the D1 level, and to win an NCAA championship.
