| Hi! I am Hailey Worden. After being nominated for athlete of the month in 2023, I was honored to be nominated again this month. Since then, I have focused heavily on my development as a wrestler. This growth has come from a combination of mindset training with Coach Chase, improved nutrition, strength training with Coach Taylor, and assisting with youth classes. Additionally, I’ve benefited from private training sessions with my sister, Madison, and Coach Sorgani, while continuing to push myself daily alongside my coaches and teammates. |

| Since 2023, I have achieved three major goals: taking 1st place at the 2025 Women’s Nationals (14U), placing in the top three at Tulsa, and finishing 5th at Fargo in the 16U division—an achievement that made me the only female placer this year for Nevada, and made me a Fargo All-American. |

| As I’ve expanded my skill set, my vision for the future has grown as well. My goals for the coming years include winning Fargo, placing in the top three in the 17U division at Women’s Nationals, placing at Super 32, and earning a spot on a Pan-Am team. |

| I am incredibly grateful for my coaches, whose guidance and belief have been instrumental in my success, as well as my family, friends, and teammates who have supported me every step of the way. I am now excited to embrace new experiences and challenges as I begin my high school wrestling journey at Slam Academy under the guidance of Coach Geneva and Coach Mitch. |
