| Hello, my name is Ryan Hrcka. I’m from Las Vegas, Nevada, and I’m currently a junior at Minot State University, majoring in Criminal Justice and Psychology. I’m proud to compete for the Minot State Wrestling Team, where I now serve as one of the Team Captains. |

| My wrestling journey began when I was eight years old, after starting Jiu-Jitsu at five. What began as a way to improve my grappling quickly became a passion that’s shaped my life both on and off the mat. |

| Since arriving at Minot State, I’ve continued to grow as an athlete and a leader, focusing on constant improvement and helping my teammates succeed. This season has been about setting a higher standard both personally and for the team. I’ve continued to compete at a high level, placing at multiple tournaments and improving my technique every week. My current goals are to earn All-American and help our team make a strong push at Nationals. |
